S. MARK TAPER FOUNDATION AID AND RESCUE CENTER What kinds of heroes help people in need? You can be a hero on land and at sea at the S. Mark Taper Foundation Aid and Rescue Center! Train to help others at the Zimmer Fire Department and Rescue Harbor (with a real rescue boat that saved lives in Hurricane Katrina!). And, you can drive an ambulance and learn about saving lives and taking care of others at the Emergency Care Center. BIG IDEA: Aid and Rescue, Compassion
